City Food Picks: Food Tour with RJ Ledesma and Anton Diaz at Robinson’s Magnolia

Whether your a young professional, starting a family or simply looking for a place to live in the metro, condo living is a suitable option to invest on!

Tim and I were invited to join a one of a kind food tour, hosted by RJ Ledesma and Anton Diaz at Magnolia Robinsons and I bet your wondering what’s the connection with the condo living and the food tours. Well, Magnolia Residences came up with a brilliant idea on how to actually entice people to invest on any of their units. It would always be the same gimmick, promising customers a very low price for a high end condo, or spreading the news that you can experience a buffet for two for free but of course there would be a catch.

Ok, its a good way to attract buyers but what lacks is the convenience for the buyers. It’s not just the price or the location but also what other amenities can they offer or what separates them from other condo units.

Basically, Magnolia residences do offer the same amenities as any other condominium’s. That is, a gym facility, accessible to the main highways, swimming pool for leisure and accessible to different establishments. So, what sets them apart? It’s the thought process of selecting the best food establishments and other accessible joints that is useful for people on the go that’s very accessible to the residences of Magnolia Residences.

As soon as we got the showroom, one of the Robinson’s Residences representative gave us a brief background of what the condo units offers the residences and future buyers.

They offer a one bedroom good enough for single living individual to a two bedroom unit great for a small family. Both model units were setup with the interior feel to provide customers a vibe of what the unit would look as a whole but the interior design comes with a different contract.

After a tour of the bed room units, RJ Ledesma started the tour with a brief introduction of what Robinson’s corporation is cooking up for their valued customers. Its non other than an app that they developed to cater the needs of the residences. The app is called “Ring Rob’ that allows the residences to order food straight from the app. What’s great about this, it allows condo unit owners who don’t have the time or leisure to go around the mall and grab a bite from a tiring day can order by using the app. The app is most definitely introduced to the staff of the condo units, removing the hassle of calling the owners if they did make any orders.

The best way to introduce future buyers is to introduce to them the different food finds at Robinson’s Magnolia, which was next on the agenda and the most awaited of them all. 😀

I can’t exactly recall if the condo units is walking distance to the mall, but it should be. As soon as we were dropped of to Robinson’s Mall, we headed straight to the food court.
